StoryWe begonnen Els4organising in 2011 vanuit Dm met een simpele overtuiging: goede events maken het verschil. We werken voor zowel profit- als non-profitorganisaties en worden vaak gevraagd wanneer iemand nodig is die het hele proces kan overzien — van congressen en nascholingen tot beurzen en trainingen. Vaak combineren we organisatie met marketing, communicatie en secretariële ondersteuning. Een van de grootste leerpunten was omgaan met last-minute veranderingen: flexibiliteit en heldere communicatie houden elk evenement op koers. We voeren projecten uit op locatie bij de klant of vanuit ons eigen kantoor, altijd met aandacht voor efficiëntie en een persoonlijke aanpak. Onze drijfveer blijft: rust brengen in de uitvoering zodat opdrachtgevers kunnen focussen op inhoud.
