Ecom Agent Lab
AI agents and n8n automation for UK & US Shopify and WooCommerce stores
Ecom Agent Lab is a small, founder-led automation studio that builds AI agents and workflow automation for online stores on Shopify and WooCommerce. We were founded in 2026 by Majid Ali and are based in Karachi, Pakistan. We work remotely with store owners in the United Kingdom and the United States, mostly during UK business hours (10:00–18:00 UK). We are a new business and we say so plainly. We don't publish made-up client counts or results. Our public demos run on sample store data and are labelled as demos. What we offer is careful, practical work: find the one job that costs a store the most time, automate it properly, and then add more only if it makes sense. What we build: AI chat agents for websites (store chatbots trained on your products, policies and FAQs, with human handoff); WhatsApp AI automation on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (order status, FAQs, handoff); AI voice agents that answer calls and look up and confirm orders; custom n8n workflow automation with error alerts; order and product automations (order updates, stock sync, returns, abandoned cart reminders, review requests, reporting); and CRM and app integration between your store, CRM, email platform and Google Sheets. How we work: a free 15-minute audit, a written plan and fixed quote before any work starts, build and test in accounts you own, then handover with simple documentation and optional ongoing support. Principles: your accounts and your data; honest AI that hands off to a human when unsure; no inflated promises; small, useful steps. Who we are a good fit for: small and growing Shopify and WooCommerce stores that answer the same customer questions every day, miss calls or WhatsApp messages, or lose hours to order, stock and returns admin. Typical projects start from around $1,000. Tools: n8n, OpenAI, Vapi, WhatsApp Business Platform, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets.
