Who we are E7 GmbH Collaboration & Participation is a Swiss consulting organization with the goal of supporting organizations in their development. Since 2015, e7° has been accompanying companies, NGOs, authorities, educational institutions, and associations on their path to greater participation and agility. The focus is on questioning existing structures and opening up spaces where people can act independently and creatively.
Core Services e7° designs organizational development processes with the goal of promoting participation and agility. The services include the analysis of internal potentials, the design of change processes, and step-by-step support during implementation and cultural change. Clients benefit from a practice-oriented approach that links theory with concrete implementation spaces.
Approach and Methodology The approach of e7° is based on a systemic inward look: First, the organization's potentials, obstacles, and existing dynamics are made visible. Subsequently, "design spaces" are created – consciously safe spaces, often described as "safe enough to try" – where new forms of collaboration can be tested. The guidance is step-by-step and participatory, ensuring that change is anchored sustainably.
