Divine Solutions is a software and AI studio from Svetvinčenat in central Istria, Croatia. Since 2025 we have been designing and building software that companies rely on every working day: custom business applications, web and mobile apps, web shops connected to an ERP, and AI agents that take repetitive work off people's desks. Most companies we meet already own the data they need. It sits in an ERP, a CRM, a mailbox or a pile of spreadsheets. Our usual project adds an AI layer on top of it: an assistant that answers questions about stock, orders or invoices in plain language, a report that is ready every morning, or an agent that sorts incoming requests and drafts the replies. We connect to the systems a company already uses instead of asking it to replace them. For customer service we build chatbots and voice agents. A voice agent picks up the phone, understands the caller and answers in their language, whether that is Croatian, English or almost any other, then books the appointment or passes the call to a person together with a short summary. Next to client work we develop and run three products of our own: CallVista, an AI voice agent for call centres; AdReady, a platform that turns brand guidelines into banner variants and takes them through approval to publishing; and Business Booster, which brings communication, tasks, ERP data and analytics together in one place. How we work: the first call is free. We look at the process and the data first, agree on the scope and an indicative price, and a first working version is usually ready within four to eight weeks. The applications we build and maintain run on servers in the European Union, and GDPR and EU AI Act requirements are part of the plan from day one. We work remotely with clients across Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Croatian, English, Serbian and Slovenian. 2 people in their team

Description Custom web shops connected directly to the ERP: products, prices, stock and customer-specific terms come from the ERP, and orders flow back into it without retyping. We build B2C and B2B shops with fast search and filters, product feeds for marketplaces and price comparison sites, and AI that writes and translates product descriptions and answers shoppers' questions.
