What was the objective behind your collaboration?The objective behind the collaboration was to design and develop a comprehensive training management ERP tailored to the needs of training organizations. The goal was to centralize and streamline all key processes, including session planning, trainee management, trainer coordination, administrative follow-up, and regulatory compliance. This collaboration also aimed to build a scalable and efficient solution that improves operational productivity

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What I enjoyed the most during the collaboration was transforming real operational challenges into a concrete and efficient solution. Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into a structured, user-friendly ERP was particularly rewarding. I also appreciated the iterative approach, continuously improving the platform based on feedback, and seeing how each feature contributed to simplifying processes and delivering real value to end users.

Are there any areas for improvements?Overall, the collaboration was highly successful, with strong expertise and a clear understanding of business needs. As part of a continuous improvement approach, further investment in user onboarding, advanced documentation, and additional automation features could enhance scalability and user adoption even more. That being said, the agency demonstrated a proactive mindset and a strong ability to adapt and improve continuously, which is a key strength for long-term partnerships.
