Understand before optimizing: AI with process physics for industry
Deduce Data Solutions builds artificial intelligence models that incorporate industrial process physics and combine it with the knowledge of the plant team. With these models, a factory can reduce the gas or electricity consumption of its furnaces, dryers, and thermal lines, detect the causes of rejection in forging and casting earlier, and plan production considering the hourly energy price. We work with the data the plant already has (SCADA, PLC, MES, ERP) and deliver explainable models that operate in production without replacing the control system. Scientific team based at PCTCAN in Santander, founded in 2020. Reference project: GASAI, a gas consumption model for the heat treatment furnaces of Reinosa Forgings & Castings, validated in five furnaces of a main forging line within the INNOVA program of the Government of Cantabria.
