What was the objective behind your collaboration?Cubicfox delivered us a unique CRM tailored to our needs. We needed software that offers industry-specific features among classic CRM functions, which were not available on the market.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The professional customer care how they treated us and empathized with our problems was stunning; the agile framework they worked with proved to be very efficient and transparent.

Are there any areas for improvements?I was amazed by the effectiveness of the entire process and the outcome, so I cannot mention any improvement areas. I would happily work with Cubicfox again.
