StorySeit unserer Gründung 1995 in Kiel treiben wir bei Crosssoft eine einfache Idee voran: Software darf Prozesse nicht stören, sie muss sie unterstützen. Anfangs lagen unsere Herausforderungen in der Vielfalt medizinischer Abläufe – ambulant wie stationär, in Praxen und großen Kliniken. Wir haben gelernt zuzuhören, Schnittstellen zu bauen und Lösungen so flexibel zu gestalten, dass sie in kleinen MVZs genauso funktionieren wie in Universitätskliniken. Stolz erfüllt uns, dass heute über 200 Einrichtungen – vom Hausärzteverband bis zur Kassenärztlichen Vereinigung Bayern – auf unsere Kompetenz vertrauen. Jeden Tag motiviert uns das Praxisfeedback: effizientere Abläufe, weniger Doppelarbeit und Software, die sich den Menschen anpasst.
