OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE For what projects/services did your company hire SAHAL creative, and what were your goals? We have a non-physical business, and it isn't straightforward to visualize it. We needed some crucial ads video about us, our pros, etc. SOLUTION How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors? I looked over at least 15-20 different companies that could figure out this task. I spoke with them, watched their presentations, and finally chose SAHAL. Because they made strong communication with me and find different points that would make our ads potentially stronger. Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production. After an agreement, we started making our ads. At the first meeting, we described our company's details and the goals these ads should reach. Then SAHAL started making a plot including all our wants. After several upgrades and changes, the main plot was done, and we started the shooting process. It took 12-14 hours to shoot all scenes, including different actors (Our C-level managers), places and video footage, etc. It was like a proper film set but in our office. SAHAL prepared a schedule for every scene and placement, which was perfectly followed. Then they started montaging our video. It took 5-7 days for the first version. We made additional changes and got our video. Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like? SAHAL's project manager followed us with all questions, schedules, and changes we wanted to make. RESULTS & FEEDBACK Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? It isn't easy to score the impact of this video because there wasn't anything to compare. But they made us a presentation tool we've used everywhere in our marketing and sales activities. Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness. It was easy to interact with SAHAL. We had several ZOOM calls. Then we interact with every question via messenger that I choose (it was telegram). What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? I liked the way they worked with us. Their style of the shooting process. Also, they came up with new ideas for showing our brand in video. I was glad to work with them. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently? I don't have enough experience in this niche, so I can't add anything to improve their work.

Since our goal was to create PR and media-focused content, the success was about creating a positive impact on reputation, awareness, and understanding of our foundation. So due to our cooperation with Sahal we highly improved the quality of our content, increased the number of views, likes, shares, and comments on our social media and traffic on the website. BACKGROUND Please describe your company and your position there. I’m Head of the internal communications and HR brand department. FUIB (PUMB) Bank is in the Top-5 largest banks of Ukraine, with 9,000 employees. OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE For what projects/services did your company hire SAHAL creative? Development of HR-brand positioning, creative idea, concept, visuals, creative of commercials, creation and management of social networks of the brand as an employer, promo on the Internet. SOLUTION How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors? The company was selected in a closed tender among three that had experience in implementing similar projects. An important factor was the ability of the team to implement the complex, including making high-quality video production of advertising. We also looked at the company's previous offer/vision to improve the Bank's position among competitors in the labor market, the ability to do a promo on social networks (the proposed targeting parameters were evaluated), as well as the price offer. Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package. They developed the idea of positioning, the platform on which all HR communication is now carried out. They implemented the entire complex from strategy to filming and promotion of advertising in online channels, which they also launched. They packed our HR. They developed the idea of visuals, slogans, main messages. How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? We had meetings twice a week, during periods of active work it could be 2 meetings a day. 2 main managers worked with me: one in strategy, complex, the other in the direction of video production. I would like to highlight the excellent work of the video production and the director. we also had a social media manager. Other narrow specialists were constantly included in the meetings. In total, we interacted with more than 10 people from the Sahal team and another 5 people from the video production team (in total, there were 30 people from the Sahal team on the set of the main video). RESULTS & FEEDBACK Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success? After six months, the results were measured, and all goals were met. The growth of recognition among the main target audiences (Е&Y research), the qualitative indicators of the CRI of social networks, the result of the measurement of BHT, where the index of knowledge of the bank as a good employer increased by 2 points (under normal conditions, it increases by about 0.5 points in 2 years). The business result was also a 12% reduction in the cost of recruiting 1 employee. According to Forbes magazine, bank PUMB entered the Top-10 best employers of Ukraine in 2021 (up from 18th place) How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs? I believe that the work process was effective, the team quickly adjusted and was flexible, and met the deadlines. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? I was impressed by the serious approach at all stages, including the stage of studying competitors. I am also grateful to the Sahal team for their understanding and patience in working with a large structure, where there are many managers and many points of influence on decisions. They did a great presentation and were able to impress all the wishes, while keeping the main idea intact. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently? If I could change something in our cooperation with Sahal, I would give them a bigger advertising and production budget and more creative freedom. But these are changes that need to be made on the customer's side.
