Custom web portals, business software and browser games since 2006
CoolPage is a software house from northern Poland, building web software under the same name since 2006. We are a small team led by the founder, so clients work directly with the people who write their code. We build custom web portals: B2B marketplaces, classifieds and auction services, dating and community platforms, and membership sites with online voting. For companies we create business applications, such as warehouse and order management connected to ERP systems, or internal tools that replace spreadsheets. We automate e-commerce with marketplace integrations, offer import and synchronisation, and AI-assisted translation of product descriptions checked by validation rules. Under our BroPlay studio brand we design and build browser games. We also take over systems left behind by other contractors, starting with a fixed-price audit and a written report. Recent work includes Storilo, a B2B marketplace with live auctions for warehouse racking; Złączeni Miłością, a dating portal that matches people by values; FPFinder, a marketplace for industrial parts and machinery; and the new website of our BroPlay game studio. Every project starts with a first version that real users can try. After that we continue in monthly packages of 40 to 240 hours, so the budget stays predictable and priorities can change from month to month. Our hourly rate is published on our website.

Software for companies that sell on marketplaces: pulling offers from Allegro and listing them on eBay, with category and item-specifics mapping for each eBay site, translation and rewriting by large language models under rule-based checks, pricing rules and stock and price synchronisation. Our systems handle millions of offers across many marketplaces. We also build dedicated online stores and marketplace platforms.

  • Description
Dedicated business software built to order: warehouse and order management, booking and membership systems, and internal panels that replace spreadsheets and long email threads. We connect them with the ERP, accounting, payment and shipping systems a company already uses, and deliver them as web apps that can also be installed on phones (PWA). Main stack: PHP 8, MariaDB/MySQL, JavaScript and Python. Every system starts as a working first version and then grows in monthly packages of 40 to 240 hours. We also take over and modernise legacy PHP systems, starting with a fixed-price audit.

Browser games designed and built under BroPlay, our game studio brand: real-time multiplayer card and sports games, economy and strategy games. We write our own game servers (Node.js, Socket.IO), admin panels for balancing the game without deploying code, in-game payments, rankings and leagues. We take a game from the idea and mechanics, through a playable prototype, to launch and live operation. Graphics in Canvas 2D, PixiJS or Three.js, depending on the style of the game.

  • Description
Company and brand websites built on our own CoolPage CMS or as lightweight static sites: a clear structure, fast loading, technical SEO and structured data, and content that is easy to edit after launch. A recent example is the new website of our BroPlay game studio, with a 3D header scene (Three.js) and scroll animations (GSAP). We also maintain and modernise existing websites, including old PHP sites that need to run on current server versions.

We focus on real-time 3D for the web rather than offline rendering.

StoryWiesław Płotka started CoolPage in 2006, after five years of building websites. The idea has not changed: write software a company can run its business on, and stay with it after launch. Today we build web portals, business applications and browser games, each starting with a working first version.
