Description USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCH
Data driven UX research, based on analytics and LAB research: we basically tell you what is happening on your digital platform by observing real data using visual analytics and provide LAB testing by adopting a combination of qualitative digital analytics, including legacy analytics, data analysis, and a new class of visual analytics tools in order to assess the user experience and provide useful insights.
By analysing your existing data and integrating them with other tools we provide unique value in presenting a clear path to better interface performance and ROI via sales, lead conversions, and more.
