Photorealistic 3D visualisation, animation and brand design
I'm a Visual Effects graduate from Bournemouth University's National Centre for Computer Animation (NCCA) — ranked the UK's No.1 Visual Effects school — with a strong foundation across the full 3D and CGI pipeline, from modelling, texturing and sculpting through to lighting, rendering and compositing. My interest in 3D art grew out of a fascination with building believable environments and spaces from the ground up. For my final major project, I created a fully realised environmental animation of a gold mine in South Africa, working end-to-end in Maya, V-Ray, Adobe Substance Painter and Nuke — developing a strong sense of scale, atmosphere, material realism and how light shapes a space. I'm now bringing these skills into architectural and interior visualisation, 3D product design, brand and identity work, and realistic 3D animation for start-ups. I'm particularly drawn to work that considers not just how a space or product looks, but how it will actually be used — designing with people and ergonomics in mind.
