Code Squad
Senior engineering teams from Bangladesh, embedded in European and North American companies.
Code Squad is a software engineering partner for startups and SMEs across Europe and North America. We place vetted mid to senior engineers inside client teams and deliver full projects in software development, AI automation and product design. Our engineers are based in Bangladesh and work to European and North American hours. Every one of them has at least four years of commercial experience and is screened on technical depth, code quality and working English before a profile reaches you. They work in your repos, your sprints and your review process, reporting to your leads. We work across three areas. Software development covers full stack web and mobile, backend and data engineering, DevOps and cloud, and enterprise platform work. AI and automation covers workflow systems on n8n, Make.com and Zapier, plus internal copilots built on OpenAI, Anthropic and open models over your own data. Product design covers user flows, prototypes and UI design systems, delivered with developer ready handover. We hold entities in Madrid and Toronto, and currently serve clients in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Norway, Spain, the UK and the United States. Contracting, invoicing and compliance run through the entity closest to you. Start with one engineer or a full pod. If the fit is wrong, we replace them. No review yetBe the first to write one

Description We embed vetted software engineers into your existing team on a monthly basis. Every engineer has a minimum of four years of commercial experience and clears our screening on technical depth, code quality and working English before a profile reaches you. The process is simple. You share the stack, the scope and the seniority you need. We shortlist candidates within a few days, you interview and choose, and the engineer starts inside your own repos, sprints and review process. They work to your leads and your standards, not through an agency layer. We cover full stack web and mobile, backend and data engineering, DevOps and cloud, enterprise platform work, and AI and machine learning. When a requirement is broader than one person, we build a small pod around it with the same model. Pricing is monthly per engineer and starts at €1575. If the fit is wrong, we replace the engineer.
Learn more about Software DevelopmentDescription We design, build and maintain AI and automation systems on n8n, Make.com and Zapier, with custom code where no code stops being enough. Common work: CRM and lead enrichment, inbox and ticket triage, document processing, automated reporting, and internal copilots using OpenAI, Anthropic or open models over your own data. We map the process, build in two week cycles, test on your real data, and hand over documented workflows your team owns outright. Optional ongoing monitoring and iteration after launch. Engagements start at €3000.
Learn more about Artificial IntelligenceDescription Product and interface design from a team that also builds the software. User flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, full UI design systems, redesigns of products where usability or conversion has stalled, and WCAG accessibility reviews. We work in Figma, map flows before pixels, prototype early so you can click through it before anything is built, and hand over a documented component library with developer ready specs. Optional continuation into implementation with the same team. Projects start at €3000.
