What was the objective behind your collaboration?We needed optimized 3D assets for a fantasy RPG that could maintain high visual quality while running smoothly on mid-tier mobile hardware. The main focus was keeping polygon counts and draw calls within strict performance budgets.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Their technical understanding stood out the most. The team handled custom character rigs, modular environment kits, weapon assets, shader optimization, and dynamic LOD setups while still maintaining the visual detail we wanted.

Are there any areas for improvements?The overall collaboration was strong. More frequent progress updates during the asset production stages could make the workflow even easier to track.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?Our main goal was to find an external team that could handle the heavy creative lifting and the technical execution for our new title. We specifically needed high-quality 3D character design and environment layouts that could be seamlessly integrated into Unreal Engine. Because we have a lean internal team, we wanted a partner who could build out a rock-solid, optimized prototype from our concepts, allowing us to focus entirely on core mechanics and story development.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The balance between their artistic creativity and technical discipline was incredible. Usually, you get great artists or great programmers, but they brought both. Their artists injected genuine personality into the 3D models, while their developers kept the engine performance incredibly smooth and optimized. On top of that, their communication was completely stress-free; it felt like working with a natural extension of our own studio rather than a detached third-party agency.

The goal was to create a smooth, well-performing application that could handle real usage without issues. Cobweb Games came in to turn a rough idea into something structured, usable, and technically solid.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Honestly, the ease of working with their team stood out the most. There was no unnecessary back-and-forth or confusion - they understood things quickly and executed well. We could share feedback openly, and it didn’t feel like we had to chase them for updates. The whole process felt natural and well-paced.
