StoryWir sind die CO:X GmbH – 2017 in Lehre entstanden aus dem Wunsch, Arbeitswelten partizipativ und zukunftsfähig zu gestalten. Als Cooperativ-Gesellschaft verstehen wir uns nicht nur als Berater:innen, sondern als verlässliche Sparringspartner:innen: wir moderieren Prozesse, geben Impulse und öffnen Räume für neue Perspektiven. Anfangs stießen partizipative Ansätze oft auf Skepsis; durch konsequentes Netzwerken, geduldige Moderation und mutige Experimente haben wir Vertrauen gewonnen. Heute begleiten wir Organisationen bei Kultur- und Führungsentwicklung, beim Aufbau werteorientierter Vergütungssysteme und in der Zusammenarbeit von Arbeitgeber- und Arbeitnehmervertretungen. Was uns antreibt, ist die Überzeugung, dass echte Beteiligung und Kooperation das „Wofür“ in den Mittelpunkt stellen und so die Vielfalt an Lösungen in Organisationen freilegen.
