Interviews with founders and key team, audience and competitor mapping, market context. Outcome — a strategy document: positioning, mission, values, USP, tone of voice. This grounds every visual decision that follows. 2. Visual identity. Two visual directions developed from the strategy. Each direction shows logo, typography, color system, iconography, graphic language and motion direction working as a coherent system — not isolated assets. Two revision rounds. 3. Brand system for digital and applied use. Templates and patterns: presentation, social, email, marketing UI, product brand elements. 4. Guidebook.
