What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?L'écoute et la compréhension de Jessica ainsi que ses questions pertinentes quand je n'arrivais pas à me décider. Son aide aussi pour l'utilisation de la charte graphique dans ma communication.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?The agency created several elements for us in 2020, mainly revolving around the 25th anniversary of our not-for-profit association. The most ambitious of these was an animated video of 5 minutes' duration (with voiceover and subtitles) to showcase our key successes over the 25 years.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The professionalism of the agency, friendliness and can-do attitude. The quality of both the video, and a special Christmas card designed by the agency, was also first-class.
Are there any areas for improvements?The agency uses a very effective and efficient system to plan and execute the work. Indeed, they had sometimes moved on to the next stage (e.g. in the development of the video) before we realised an element could no longer be changed. That said, the agency is young and we are not so experienced in using external support for our communications. Both sides learned and will grow from the experience.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We are a contemporary art center. We needed a website in a really short time for a project of art webshop.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Canopée Studio is really creative and they did understand really fast our needs, the essence of the project,... And they were really available for us.
Are there any areas for improvements?They have their own organization for work that works really well. But if you are not used to, it may be a bit difficult to use .
