Most websites are late for reasons that have nothing to do with code: a discovery call that takes two weeks to schedule, a kick-off, a weekly sync, a re-scope after the price was already agreed. By Friday removes all of it. You send a finished design — Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, PSD or PNG — and pick the sections and features you need. A human reads the brief the same working day it arrives and replies with a fixed price in writing and the next free slot. The build takes one to five working days depending on size, goes to a staging link for two consolidated rounds of comments, and ships with its Lighthouse report. Every site is stock Gutenberg plus four plugins we write and maintain ourselves: a block library, a form builder, a content-type builder and a translation layer. No Elementor, no Divi, no thirty-plugin stack, nothing anyone has to keep renewing. Core Web Vitals ship above 90, with LCP under 2.5s and CLS under 0.1. The code is yours from day one, together with a plugin licence tied to your domain for as long as the site is there. We do not design, we do not build stores and we do not build back-ends — which is exactly why a design studio can hand us its client without wondering whose side we are on. On a white-label build our name appears nowhere: not on the staging domain, not in the footer, and never in your client's inbox.
