What was the objective behind your collaboration?The main goal was to get my book published properly on Kindle and Lulu without dealing with all the technical setup myself. I needed help with formatting, uploading, and making sure everything was ready for publishing on both platforms.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Jacob Miller and the team made the process easier than I expected. They stayed in touch during most stages and explained things in a simple way. David Frost also helped during the final publishing steps and made sure the book went live correctly on both Kindle and Lulu.

Are there any areas for improvements?A few updates and revisions took longer than expected, so communication speed could improve a little. Other than that, the overall experience was good and the final result came out professionally done.
