Collaboration

What was the objective behind your collaboration?Brocoders provided two development teams to design and develop third-party integrations for fitness equipment and work through a backlog of bugs respectively. Their teams worked mostly in JavaScript.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Having team composed and ready for us that already knew how to work together set them apart for me. We’ve had a few staff augmentation teams, but we can rely on them because of how they work together.

Are there any areas for improvements? The design stage for the new service project was good, but it could have gone even better if it was as deep as the development stage and testing had been.
