StoryWe started Brainmove in 2010 in Dikkelvenne Gavere with a clear conviction: the physical workplace must reflect an organisation’s strategy and culture. Over the years we have partnered with large public and private organisations to design workplace concepts that do more than look good — they shape behaviour and support new ways of working. We guide teams through the often messy transition from concept to daily practice, focusing on project coordination, process facilitation and internal communication. Our aim is always participation: when people are involved, change sticks. We take pride in aligning leadership, processes and operational structure to the intended vision, using the redesign of the work environment as a practical lever for lasting organisational change.
