StoryDepuis Lyon, où nous avons posé nos bases en 1987, nous accompagnons les ETI et grands groupes dans leurs transformations. Indépendants et passionnés, nous sommes un collectif de consultants-formateurs-coachs qui croyons que le changement réussit quand il est porté du sommet jusqu’au terrain. Notre quotidien ? Coacher les équipes dirigeantes pour forger une vision partagée, outiller les managers pour qu’ils incarnent le leadership, et embarquer les équipes en développant la confiance et les compétences. Nous aimons conjuguer rigueur et pédagogie, travailler côte à côte avec les directions et les opérationnels, et mobiliser notre réseau de partenaires pour répondre aux enjeux concrets de nos clients.
