BACKUPP is a full-service content and media agency based in Cologne, Germany. We plan, produce and publish content for brands that need to show up consistently — and look good doing it — across video, social media and the web. What we do Video production: image films, commercials, social clips and reels — concept, script, shoot and post-production from one team. Photography: product, brand and team photography, including selection and retouching. Social media: editorial planning, content production, publishing and community management for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, with monthly reporting. Content strategy: audiences, messages, formats and channels defined before anything gets produced — first concept draft usually within 48 hours. AI content and automation: custom AI assistants for marketing and communication, AI-generated visuals, automated content planning and publishing systems, labelled in line with the EU AI Act. How we work A small senior team, one fixed point of contact, and no handoff chain between strategy, production and publishing. Decisions stay fast and the output stays consistent. Aus klassischer Content-Produktion wurde eine hybride Agentur: Handwerk am Set, KI-Systeme im Hintergrund.
