What was the objective behind your collaboration?Da wir als kleineres Design-Studio angefangen haben, sich aber unsere Zielsetzung etwas verändert hat, brauchten wir vor allem Unterstützung bei der strategischen Neuausrichtung unseres Geschäfts und allem, was dazu gehört.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Es war toll, mal über den Tellerrand schauen zu können, neue Ansätze zu entdecken und vor allem festzustellen, wie der genaue Bedarf aussieht. Das hat das BACHMANN-Team spielerisch und unkompliziert mit uns erarbeitet. Wir konnten Dinge herausstreichen, die keinen Sinn ergeben haben und hatten dann mehr Luft für beispielsweise Monetarisierungsmodelle und Service-Design. Von den ersten strategischen Gesprächen bis zur Umsetzung lief alles super!
Are there any areas for improvements?Nein, die Ergebnisse kommen super an. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit!
