Astra Via is an AI consultancy based in Dubai that takes AI from pilot to production across MENA. It designs, builds and runs AI workflows inside the teams that run the business: sales, marketing, finance and operations. Most organisations in the region already use AI. Live in weeks, measured against a baseline. • Training: corporate AI training on ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude and Gemini. On site, in English or French. Workflows run in the client's tenant and regional cloud, with human approval on anything that touches customers, money or contracts. The client owns the code, the prompts and the documentation. Description Astra Via deploys AI inside sales and marketing teams across the GCC, from the first training session to workflows running in production. The methodology follows three steps, with measurement built in throughout. Enable. Teams learn to use AI in their daily work through role-specific programmes: AI Essentials, AI for Sales & Marketing, and AI for Executives, reinforced by internal AI leads and clinics. Each participant leaves with a workflow they built and use. Assess & Select. Astra Via maps the team's workflows, measures current baselines and ranks initiatives on expected return, each with its own business case. The output is a prioritised build list, not a high-level strategy. Build. Selected workflows are built in increments inside the client's own tools, tested on a sample, deployed, then handed over with support for an agreed period. Measure. Every initiative is tracked against its baseline, and the function's progress is read at each milestone on adoption, coverage and impact. What clients can expect: A senior team combining strategy consulting experience (Oliver Wyman) with hands-on AI building, embedded in the client's team with weekly steering.
