What was the objective behind your collaboration?Ascendro hat für uns einen mandantenfähigen, berechtigungsgesteuerten Multifunktions-APP-Builder auf Basis einer selbst entwickelten No-Code-APP entwickelt. Wir wollten unseren APP-Builder nicht nur für unseren FairEqualPAY-Prozess sondern auch für unsere Kunden APPs für deren Business nutzen. Hauptaugenmerk lag auf höchstmöglicher User-Experience mit einer unterbrechungsfreien 24/7-Nutzungsmöglichkeit trotz hoher Auslastung.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Die Umsetzung in geplanten Teilentwicklungsschritten und der geduldige und kompetente Austausch je Schritt hat mir extrem Spaß gemacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass Ascendro bei der Umsetzung größtes Augenmerk auf die User Experience legt und sehr wichtige Umsetzungsvorschläge macht und dadurch die Qualität nochmals steigt. Dies kann man daran erkennen, dass wir von unseren Kunden bestes Feedback erhalten und unser APP-basiertes Beratungs-Frame-Work schon mehrere Preise gewonnen hat

Are there any areas for improvements?Wir fühlen uns hier rundum super betreut: leider keine Verbesserungsvorschläge, da wir alles im Prozess on the spot klären konnten dh genauso wie ich es mir erwarte.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We aim to digitalize our daily operations, including document creation, RCA expiration tracking, and contract status analysis. Ascendro developed a tool that simplifies contract creation, shows real-time document status, calculates exact receivables, and sends automated email notifications. It also offers financial and workload overviews through clear charts and dashboards.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?I really liked the sessions with the dev team, as they helped bridge the gap in my limited technical knowledge. They were also flexible, offering sessions both online and in person at their office.

Are there any areas for improvements?Not really, this was a successful collaboration.
