I work with ambitious founders and marketing leaders in Hong Kong, Greater China, and Asia-Pacific who are building premium brands. Most of my clients are either entering new markets, typically Western markets, or repositioning their brand to accelerate international growth. My approach is different from most agencies. I don't think in colours and logos. I start by understanding what your company actually is. What do you do better than anyone else? What do your founders believe? How does your team work? I talk to founders, to teams, sometimes even to customers. I'm looking for the real thread that runs through everything you do. That becomes your brand foundation. From there, everything else flows. Your positioning, your messaging, your website, your content, your visual identity. It all comes from the same place. It's coherent. It's not a layer of paint on top of a shaky foundation. I've spent over 15 years in content and branding, both as an employee and running my own consultancy. I worked with two of China's most respected hardware technology startups during their internationalisation. One is now referred to as the "Apple of China." The other is the market leader in its industry. I was there from the beginning, building the brand as they scaled internationally. I bring a dual cultural background. I'm half English, half Chinese, raised in Hong Kong, and I speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. This matters more than you'd think. The gap between how a brand works in China and how it works in the West isn't just translation. It's cultural. I help you navigate that.
