Description And AI bouwt Agent Teams: groepen gespecialiseerde AI-agents die samen een compleet proces uitvoeren. De één begrijpt de vraag, de ander doorzoekt de kennisbank, weer een ander formuleert het antwoord en een vierde controleert op kwaliteit. Denk aan e-mailafhandeling, leadopvolging, kennisvragen beantwoorden, contentcreatie of intake-processen, geautomatiseerd met menselijke controle waar jij dat wilt. Onze werkwijze We starten met een sprint tegen vaste prijs. In een Onderzoekssprint analyseren we 3 tot 4 processen en leveren we een roadmap met concrete business cases. In een Bouwsprint bouwen we een werkend systeem voor 1 proces. Na week 1 volgt een go/no-go moment: bij een no-go krijg je je aanbetaling terug. Daarna groeien we mee via vervolgsprints of een retainer. Bewezen resultaat Voor een taxatiebedrijf automatiseerden we voertuiginspecties: ruim 65.000 euro besparing per jaar en meer dan 1.000 uur teruggewonnen. In het sociaal domein gebruiken acht instellingen ons kennisplatform voor kennisdeling en triage-ondersteuning, in meerdere talen. Waarom And AI Technische diepte zonder jargon: RAG-kennisplatforms, multi-agent architecturen en audit trails, uitgelegd in gewone taal. Altijd een co-founder of senior op je project.
