What was the objective behind your collaboration?Our nonprofit coordinates volunteers for food collection and distribution, and keeping track of everyone's availability was becoming difficult. We needed an app where volunteers could register for shifts and our coordinators could easily see who was available. The goal was to make planning our weekly activities more organized and less time-consuming.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What I appreciated most was how well the team understood the practical side of our work. We went through several changes during development, but they listened to our feedback and made adjustments based on how our volunteers and coordinators actually work. The app has made organizing our weekly activities so much easier.

Are there any areas for improvements?There were a few changes needed during development, but the team handled them well. Overall, we're happy with the experience and the final app.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?I already had a website, but the problem was that it wasn’t ranking, and I felt like I was losing my edge in the market. My services were good and I had 5-star reviews, but people still weren’t finding me online. The team examined my website, identified the technical and other SEO-related issues, and worked on fixing them. After putting in a lot of effort, my website is now much more discoverable, and I’m seeing more clients come in.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just make changes and disappear. They explained what needed attention, kept me updated, and I could actually see my website becoming more visible as the work progressed.

Are there any areas for improvements?Nothing really comes to mind. The team did a good job, communication was smooth, and I was happy with how everything was handled.
