Most digital product failures are not execution failures. They are decision failures: wrong priorities, unclear tradeoffs, systems designed for a business that no longer exists. Alty works with fintech companies, banks, and complex B2B and B2B2C platforms on exactly those problems. The organizations that engage Alty are past the point where faster delivery solves anything. They need someone who can look at a tangled product situation and identify what is actually wrong and what a sound decision looks like from there. The work integrates product strategy, UX design, and engineering into a single process. Not because it is more efficient, but because the decisions made in strategy directly shape what gets designed, and what gets designed directly constrains what gets built. Separating those functions creates gaps that compound over time. Alty operates with ownership: of the problem, the process, and the outcome. Not as a vendor managing deliverables against a statement of work.
