What was the objective behind your collaboration?I needed help getting my E-book properly formatted and uploaded to platforms like Amazon and Kobo without the usual technical issues.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The biggest relief was having the formatting problems taken care of. They fixed the spacing, converted the files into the right formats, and handled the upload process. Seeing the finished E-book looking great on different e-readers was definitely a plus.

Are there any areas for improvements?The whole process was handled efficiently, especially the file conversion and formatting fixes. Everything looked good once it was live, so I didn’t feel there was anything important that needed changing.
