AI in Action is an AI agency from Germany, specializing in small and medium-sized enterprises in the DACH region. We automate business processes with AI, low-code platforms, and proven open-source tools - pragmatically, quickly, and without strategy theater. Our claim is simple: we deliver working solutions in days rather than weeks, not in quarters. Instead of months of concept phases, we start with a clearly defined bottleneck and show measurable impact within a few days to weeks. If the pilot is successful, the collaboration grows organically into a retainer model. Data sovereignty is not a premium feature for us, but standard: we host on European infrastructure, ideally in Germany. And wherever possible, we use AI providers from the EU. This also makes us suitable for industries with high demands on compliance and trust. We work across industries, but focus on companies between 10 and 250 employees that have one thing in common: they prefer to talk about results rather than strategy papers. Zuerst ein Erstgespräch, klare Definition des Engpasses, dann Kick-Off-Meeting gefolgt von sofortiger Umsetzung. Keine Foliendecks, keine Konzeptphasen über Monate. Unser Stack kombiniert KI, Low-Code-Plattformen und bewährte Open-Source-Tools. Wir gehen deterministisch vor, wo möglich. LLMs setzen wir dort ein, wo sie messbar besser sind als ein klassischer Workflow. Eine einsatzbereite Version 1 entsteht typischerweise in zwei Tagen bis zwei Monaten und wird in wöchentlichen Jour Fixes iterativ erweitert.
