What was the objective behind your collaboration?In September 2020, Activate Africa Activations engaged abewini Consults (in Ghana) to execute an experiential BLACK FRIDAY campaign for and on-behalf of their client GAME SHOPS (MARKRO) in the cities of Accra and Kumasi. abewini Consults delivered on this assignment exceeding the expectations of GAME SHOPS in Ghana and Activate Africa Activations' as well. Regrettably, Activate Africa Activations neglected to pay the remaining 50% of the cost service rendered.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The challenge was exciting and new. By far, this remains the one project that has stretched the team at abewini Consults to its max. We had to pull an all night just to deliver and the extremely tight timelines we were given. Most importantly, the outcome, reviews and acceptance received by all stakeholders in the market place was refreshing and fulfilling.

Are there any areas for improvements?Our balance of 50% invoice value remains unpaid to this day. All emails and calls sent to the team at Activate Africa Activations remain unanswered. The business owner and managing director Lezanne Brett has blocked all our telephone lines and refuses to engage. The deceit and unprofessionalism exhibited by Lezanne Brett and her business needs to be exposed and condemned.
