Description 5 A.M. Studios is a high-end specialist studio for Stop-Motion, concept creation, model making and post-production. With over 20 years of experience we develop commercials as well as series, shorts and features.
From constructing puppets and sets, to direction, production and post-production, our team is happy to do it all in-house.
We are based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and work with an extensive network of freelance artists. We love to combine our hand built objects with high-end technologies like 3D-scanning/printing, lasercutting and motion control to create fully customised animations together wit our clients. Through this rare combination we always find a unique way to bring ideas to life.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?5am helped us create various 3D prints of character models. The models had to be made in color, so 5am painted them beautifully and skillfully, no matter the size.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The amount of knowledge available at 5am is something truly special. On top of that, they were very flexible when adjustments had to be made.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?Cricket Wireless challenged us to promote their Refer a Friend Program in a way that makes the internet smile. So, we wrote a song! And turned it into a music video. We recruited the world's friendliest animal as our lead singer and reminded everyone that anyone can be a friend.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Character development and conceptualizing each scene together was an especially fun part of the process.

What I enjoyed the most was the seamless synergy between our skills and the way we complemented each other's strengths. It felt like we were an unstoppable force, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and achieving remarkable results.
