Description
1. Onboarding Meeting - gathering client ́s requirements
In that part, we start negotiations and speak openly about the expectations of both sides. We work with clients to understand their business. During the meeting, we dispel all doubts in order to achieve the scope of the project.
2. Project scheduling - defining budget + timelines
It is time to prepare the schedule of the project and set deadlines. What is more, we establish what kind of features go into the product. Milestones determine the main parts of our projects and we rely our work on them. After project and proposal approval, the client receives a detailed contract.
3. Design and Architecture - prototypes and wireframes
This phase has been dedicated to a visual aspect of the project.
4. Development -Technical creation
The development process has been divided into sprints based on feature sets. Our agile-based development process enables for regular review and evaluation what we create. Delivery of new features occurs every milestone.
5. Quality Assurance - Internal testing and the initial version
Our Quality Assurance team tests the software before each milestone to ensure the best quality. After this part, the Beta version is presented to the client.
6. Launch of the software - Product Go Live
After passing the Beta version through a final round of Quality Assurance and refinements, we will receive a Release Candidate version. It is the final stage of the project and it is available for all targeted users.
