The sweetened condensed milk is a huge and historically low margin category drifting towards commodity. The goal was to find ways to add consumer and financial value to the category. Our market research, showed strong consumer insights, that enabled us to generate ideas. We stimulated consumers with our concepts. We selected the most appealing concept based on consumers inputs and brought it to life. Consumers needed more convenience and health reassurance about the product once the can is opened and kept in the fridge for a few days.
