The Kleenheat team engaged Red Meets Blue to lead the process of better understanding who was coming to the website, how they were arriving, what frame of mind they were in and what we wanted them to achieve whilst on the website.Strategic user pathway planning helped us map out the ideal experience path whilst on the website, and from this understanding, we built a framework and series of designs to ensure the user experience was rich, enjoyable, interactive and authentic.

We refreshed the iconic women’s shoe brand Wittner. Strategy was developed from the insight of ‘the feeling you get when you put on that perfect shoe’. We relaunched the brand with a bold campaign featuring Australian actress Emma Booth. Confident, clean, structured, black and white imagery with strong typography all come together to deliver the empowering statement WALK TALL.
