The world of tea is going through the same trends as the world of coffee: just a cup of tea is simply not enough anymore. Consumers want better quality and they want to get more out of the experience of drinking tea. They want Pure Leaf!
We focused on premium operators in the corporate world (active in hotels, high-end casual dining, high-end workplaces and business class travel) who do not have a contract in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and North America. We wanted them to switch to Pure Leaf by showing the added value of the Pure Leaf proposition.
Serving exclusive tea does not automatically mean that it is also an exclusive tea. The “Perfect Serve” is a combination of exclusive tea knowledge, an exclusive product and an exclusive tea ritual.
This is a unique proposition with which Pure Leaf wants to convince operators. Pure Leaf helps operators create the “Perfect Serve” with high quality tea leaves, flavour and server experience.

Shoq was responsible for the strategy, creation and production of the campaign. The campaign consisted of a re-design of the B2B brand and all B2B communications, including a new website, e-mail, social communication (e.g. a LinkedIn campaign), an experience kit, brochures, menus and catalogues.
