Vivato (voorheen Smashed Crab Software) is een Brits softwareadviesbureau dat CRM- en bedrijfssystemen op maat ontwerpt, bouwt en ondersteunt voor gevestigde organisaties waarvan het werk de mogelijkheden van spreadsheets of standaardsoftware is ontgroeid. We richten ons op de systemen die een bedrijf dagelijks draaiende houden: klantgegevens, aanvragen en offertes, orders, planning, levering, service, klant- en ledenportalen en integraties die deze systemen verbinden met financiële systemen, Microsoft 365 en andere tools. We bouwen ook praktische AI in deze systemen in wanneer dat daadwerkelijk tijd bespaart. Ons interne team is gevestigd in Hull, met kantoren in Sheffield en Londen. Sinds 2014 hebben we meer dan 100 projecten gerealiseerd voor klanten waaronder New Design Windows, ResQ, het Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, Hull College, Contego en TesTex.
