To do that, we typically lead strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams, to achieve their growth targets aligned with corporate strategy. This involves leading the teams across a front-end innovation process , such as Design Thinking or Blue Ocean Strategy, to explore market and customer insights, then to formulate and test compelling value propositions, integrated in profitable and sustainable business models Second , we help organisations become innovative . Depending on the organisation’s innovation readiness level , this Transformation process could involve anything from defining and measuring innovation, to optimizing the organizational structure, processes and people to support the formulation and execution of a portfolio of innovation activities. These activities could involve empowering business units to formulate and execute incremental growth initiatives , creating an Innovation Lab with developed innovation leadership capable to run adjacent and radical innovation projects, incubating internal start-ups , scouting for external start-ups, and managing the whole innovation funnel and portfolio of activities.
