Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?We work with three different sales channels on different platforms, and our data was very fragmented. The objective was to centralize all this information in one place and create a clear, reliable overview of the business. Premium Data built an automated dashboard that now gives us an updated global view without requiring any manual work from our side.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?What I appreciated most was Pedro’s ability to understand the business problem first and then translate it into a practical technical solution. He is very professional, responsive and solution-oriented, but also very clear when explaining the process. I am a designer with no technical background, and I was able to understand every step of the project. The communication was close, straightforward and efficient.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?At this stage, I do not have any specific areas for improvement. The project was delivered clearly and efficiently, and the solution fully addressed the problem we wanted to solve.
