Romania's first management community, IM Ready.ro, came to life and found its public voice through the craft of the team at POARTA 9. Poarta 9 inspired a lot of confidence from the very first moment through the expertise they brought, their wow-worthy creativity, and a coaching approach that resonated with us deeply. Communication throughout the project flowed naturally. What we appreciated most about the Poarta 9 team was their highly creative approach, which led to our name, a true "love at first sight", and to a launch communication campaign exactly as we'd hoped: different for the leadership space, one that's about people.
