De groei van NCINGA is gevormd door verschillende belangrijke mijlpalen. In 2020 richtte het NCINGA Pvt. Ltd. op als zijn technische hub en opende het een groot kantoor in Sri Lanka ter ondersteuning van zijn groeiende personeelsbestand. Het bedrijf lanceerde ook IFINITY om banken te helpen intelligent, onzichtbaar en oneindig te worden. Als blijk van zijn inzet voor sociale impact, richtte NCINGA de Foundation of Humanity op om door technologie geleide gemeenschapsontwikkeling, ondernemerschap en leiderschapseducatie te bevorderen. Bovendien werd nVentures geïntroduceerd om de volgende generatie ondernemers in Zuid- en Zuidoost-Azië te ondersteunen. De geloofwaardigheid van NCINGA in de sector wordt verder versterkt door zijn Cisco Gold Partnership en meerdere ISO-certificeringen.
