Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?I reached out to Propellaa to assist with crafting and promoting a new high-ticket package for my physio clinic. Before this, most of my patients were on a "pay-as-you-go" plan which made it hard to scale. I wanted to have higher ticket patients and more predictable revenue. Propellaa helped me craft a high-ticket offer and promotion in a way that provided immense value but also made financial sense for us.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?Propellaa handled everything from ad creation, setup, automated outreach and follow-ups, and some basic training for my team. Conor and his media buyer were professional, thorough, and supportive. In the first 30 days we had 14 show-ups and 8 upsells on to our high-ticket packages. We're now nearing the end of our 3 month contract and have had 64 show-ups and around 27 new patients on our long term treatment plans. Couldn't be happier and we will definitely be renewing our contract!

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?The whole team was super easy to work with, and maintained a good level of professionalism throughout our time working together. They took the time to explain the CRM and ai systems to us and even took time to provide some basic training for my team to manage our pipeline and appointments. Over the course of 90 days Propella helped us acquire 83 new member signups, and our PTs converted 28 of these to personal training programmes. I am more than delighted with their work and support.

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?We reached out to the Propellaa team to help us set up and manage a campaign for our new location, and to help fill up our pipeline. We needed a steady flow of leads and appointments to keep our physio's & trainers busy and to kick-start our affiliate referral programme which we had no idea how to do.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?Within 2 weeks of launching the campaigns we had 25 pre-booked appointments. Customers showed up and knew what to expect, which made it much easier for my team to close the sales. 2 months in, and Propellaa provides about 60-70% of all our leads and appointments and is really the backbone of this new location.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?The only thing I'd say is that onboarding took a little longer than expected. I will, however, give kudos where due. I thank them for not rushing the onboarding and communicating to me and my team how they wanted to make sure everything was in perfect working order before commencing the campaigns. With the development of our custom Whatsapp chat bot, a lot of work was needed. It was 100% worth it in the end though, and our results speak for themselves.
