We don’t believe in a traditional hierarchical structure where employees perform labour in exchange for a salary. Being glad to come to work is a requirement. We are a company that provides a service, and we don’t like to speak of a customer-supplier relationship with our clientele. We prefer to speak of a collaboration or partnership. Our clients need to be able to trust us and feel good with us. We also see this as a major responsibility. Organising events is in our blood and is our natural habitat. That is often not the case for our clients, however. Organising an event can stress them out and push them out of their comfort zone. Moreover, it is often the most important time of the year for the company. The annual staff party or teambuilding is something that most employees look forward to year after year. It is our responsibility and duty to make every project a success and to make our contribution to the client as a Great Place to Work. Every event is unique, whether it is a recent event or not. It is a unique moment for that one client or participant. A collaboration with Event Masters or one of its employees will always be a positive experience.
