VerhaalWe are a small team in Rotterdam, founded in 2016, who saw how designing new products and services often stalls under competing opinions and fixed perspectives. We started Being A Designer to change that. Every project is an invitation to broaden viewpoints and refocus on what truly matters to stakeholders. We listen, surface tensions, and guide conversations toward shared goals. Often a single well-placed question clears the fog and unlocks progress. Our work is less about imposing answers and more about creating alignment: clearer priorities, faster decisions, and solutions people can stand behind.
