Ampersand is een kleine Zürichse ingenieursstudio. We maken van ideeën echte producten — en zorgen voor de producten die al in handen van uw klanten zijn. Elk project wordt geleid door een senior persoon met wie u direct kunt praten, ondersteund door een betrouwbaar netwerk van senior freelancers waarmee we sinds 2019 samenwerken. Geen accountmanagers, geen offshoring, geen herschrijvingen in het eerste jaar. Zes manieren waarop we met u samenwerken: Ontwikkeling — websites, web-apps, mobiele apps, platforms en MVP's, gebouwd om te groeien in plaats van herschreven te worden. Huur-een-CTO — een parttime senior tech lead om te plannen wat te bouwen, te beoordelen wat u heeft, ingenieurs aan te nemen en met investeerders te praten. Maandelijkse Ondersteuning — gestage zorg voor live software: bugs, snelheid, beveiliging en kleine functies (WordPress & Laravel welkom). Idee-naar-Product begeleiding — wekelijkse 1:1 sessies om uw idee om te zetten in een live product. Consultancy & Audits — architectuur, due diligence, AI- en beveiligingsbeoordelingen, geleverd als rapporten waarop u kunt handelen. AI Masterclass — halve- of hele-daagse facilitering om door de hype heen te breken en te vertrekken met een plan voor 30 dagen. Onze toolbox omvat Laravel, Vue/Nuxt, WordPress, Statamic, n8n en moderne AI/MCP-integraties, met Zwitserse hosting voor data residentie.
