Foodphoto est un studio de contenu alimentaire et de boissons à Gand, en Belgique. Depuis 1988, nous produisons des photographies, des films, du stylisme culinaire et des images assistées par IA pour des marques alimentaires et de boissons dans toute l'Europe. Quatre studios baignés de lumière du jour et quatre cuisines professionnelles, avec des photographes, des chefs, des stylistes culinaires et des développeurs de recettes employés en interne. Le stylisme n'est jamais externalisé et la nourriture devant la caméra est réelle et comestible. Les photos et les vidéos sont filmées en synchronisation à partir du même plateau, de sorte que les images fixes et le film correspondent. Nous travaillons en studio et sur site, directement avec les marques et par l'intermédiaire d'agences. Foodphoto is a food photography and video studio in Ghent, working with food and drink brands since 1988. AI is a production step for us, not a replacement for the shoot. WHAT WE USE IT FOR - Market localisation: adapting one shoot per market instead of rebuilding the same set in every country - Ingredient and variant swaps: when a recipe changes after the shoot, we adapt the existing image instead of reshooting it - Backgrounds, seasons and formats: more usable variations out of the same production - Pack replacement, combined with motion control, so packaging can be swapped inside finished footage HOW WE WORK - We shoot the real product first, in our own daylight studios, with our own chefs and food stylists - AI is applied to material we made ourselves, so the result still matches what is actually in the box - No generated food that never existed. The product you see is the product you buy. IN PRACTICE Alpro: a global set-up rolled out per market, with AI handling the localisation step instead of a reshoot in every country. Foodbag: weekly recipe content where a late ingredient change is corrected in the existing image rather than costing a shoot day. HistoireFoodphoto started in 1988 as one photographer, Luk Thys, with a camera and a kitchen. His son Seppe runs it today. Twelve people, four daylight studios and four kitchens in Ghent, with styling, film, retouching and AI in house. Two generations on, the food in front of the camera is still real.

Ik heb met Foodphoto samengewerkt om de rebranding van Xantho Skincare visueel tot leven te brengen. Hoewel skincare misschien niet meteen is wat je bij Foodphoto verwacht, hebben ze onze visie perfect weten te vertalen naar beeld. De samenwerking was heel fijn, de communicatie verliep supervlot en ook creatief zijn ze enorm sterk. We zijn heel blij met het eindresultaat en kunnen Foodphoto dan ook alleen maar aanraden!
