I want to thank you and your staff for the amazing job you did helping us to run our Global Partner Meeting in Berlin this past January. As you know, this was a very complex meeting lasting a full week and attended by over 500 partners of White & Case from around the world. We asked you to coordinate all the transportation, numerous afternoon and evening events during the week as well as leisure activities for both the spouses and the partners. This event was the most complicated meeting that White & Case has ever held. In addition to supporting the partners and their spouses, we also invited some of our external clients and held special events for them. Your team rose to the occasion and performed in an outstanding manner. I was particularly impressed with the creativity you and your team showed during the planning of these events. And I must say that the execution of our plan was flawless. I received numerous thank you notes from the participants of the event. The praise has been unanimous; every participant who reached out to me truly appreciated all of your efforts. Your team worked many hours, with little sleep to accomplish the success that we had. It was impressive to see how well everyone worked together while maintaining a positive can-do attitude. I was very lucky to be able to count on the dedicated team at Camonsite. I could not have asked for better support. Thank you for all of your efforts and I look forward to working with you again in the future.
