Compass acts as an expert guide that accelerates your mastery of ClickUp by providing hands-on support and troubleshooting, though it emphasizes that success ultimately depends on your own time, effort, and iterative refinement of the system. If you are struggling to plan your work and projects over different departments in Clickup and you're willing to put some effort in it, Compass is able to give you the handles to better understand how the software works, how to use its different tools and to become an independent Clickup user. Don't expect miracles. It will take effort and time and multiple iterations to set up the system that is right for you. Compass is there to support, to help with any specific question and to figure out the things that would take you ages. After some sessions to learn what we as a company were looking for, Compass analyzed and came back with a setup in Clickup
